ok so i am an idiot, but i see UAS mentioned time and time again in threads and have no idea what it means. can you clarify this BEFORE flaming me?

You are not an idiot! This is the Questions & Answers section, after all

UAS stands for Unlock All Skills.

This was something that the game was sporting during testing allowing characters to have access to every skill for their classes when creating a PvP character. It is no longer available, and has been a cause of controversy for quite a while now.
